Kevin with Total Dental Administrators spoke at our meeting today.  If you are currently enrolled in the TDA dental plans, you don't need to do anything. 
If you want to sign up, TDA has two dental insurance options:

HMO plan has no deductible, no annual maximum, free cleaning and exams twice a year.  Other services have copays, for example, crown copay is $455.  Monthly premiums: single member - $16.28  member & spouse $30.39

PPO plan has a wider network of dentists, no deductible, no annual maximum.  Cleanings are free but exams have a $10 copay.  Copays for other services are typically less than with the HMO plan.  For example, crown copay is $305
Monthly premiums: single member - $30.39 member & spouse $63.97

You must be a paid-up member of the MMC Retirment Club to enroll in the dental insurance plans.  You can get  an enrollment form and more information by contacting Bob Graham 480-832-3700 (see links on right). 
Dental insurance enrollment forms  must be turned in no later than January 30, 2012.
